1. Acceptance

By accessing this site you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

APS GROUP (Asset Protection & Security) operates this digital property. The published presence is Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and the United States. A tax ID and address are not published here. The form uses an internal mailbox that is not shown in the interface.

2. Nature of the site

The site presents APS consulting in integrated security, intelligence, and technology. Viewing pages, demos, or forms does not create a mandate, a client relationship, or an obligation for APS to provide services.

Any professional engagement is governed by the contract, proposal, or agreement the parties sign, not by this site.

3. Content and illustrative intelligence

SIIARP, maps, layers, zones, and walkthroughs on the site are illustrative demonstrations. They are not a live operational dashboard, a public crime GIS, or a certification of facts in a territory.

Some content is marked provisional or conceptual (for example, the industry list, APS Academy, APS LABS, and Intelligence Center cards). That is not published journalism or client case studies.

4. IntegrIA

IntegrIA is a strategic technology partner. It is not a subsidiary or a legal entity of APS GROUP. If you visit IntegrIA digital properties, that third party’s terms and policies apply.

5. Intellectual property

The APS lockup, the APS GROUP name, Asset Protection & Security, SIIARP, copy, design, and other content on this site belong to APS or are used with authorization. You may not copy them, extract them systematically, or present them as your own without written permission.

The motto SCIENTIÆ · PATRIÆ · FAMILIÆ and IntegrIA marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the site to learn about APS and to send a good-faith inquiry. You may not:

• Attempt to access systems, data, or intelligence that these pages do not offer publicly.
• Use the form for spam, fraud, social engineering, or unlawful content.
• Present SIIARP demos or any site material as operational, expert, or intelligence evidence in a proceeding, unless APS authorizes that in writing under a separate engagement.
• Scrape or reuse the content at scale to train models, repositories, or third-party products without authorization.

7. Contact form

The form is a first-contact channel. APS does not guarantee response times or acceptance of an engagement. If email delivery is not configured in the environment, the site will say so clearly and will not fake a successful send.

You represent that the data you send is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including your organization’s data when you act on its behalf.

8. Accuracy and liability

We aim to keep site information clear and current, but it may contain errors or omissions. The site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

APS is not liable for decisions made solely on illustrative content, for site interruptions, or for linked third-party sites. Nothing in this clause limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

9. Governing law

Use of this site is interpreted under the laws of Colombia or the Dominican Republic, as they relate to the inquiry or the operation, without prejudice to mandatory rules where you are located.

Disputes that concern only the use of this site will be submitted to the competent courts in Colombia or the Dominican Republic, as applicable. A later services contract may choose a different venue.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the current version appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you have had the opportunity to review the new version.
