Privacy policy

This policy describes how APS GROUP handles personal data you provide on this site. It does not invent an email address, tax ID, or street address that APS has not confirmed for publication.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to the APS GROUP (Asset Protection & Security) digital site and the contact form. It does not cover third-party sites, or processing APS may carry out under service contracts, investigations, or operations outside this site: those, if any, will be described in the relevant instrument.

The text reflects the current practices of this digital property. APS may replace or supplement it when it confirms a registered legal name, tax identification, address, or a privacy inbox for publication.

2. Controller

The controller for processing on this site is APS GROUP. The verified operational presence published here is Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and the United States. IntegrIA is a strategic technology partner; it is not a subsidiary, a division, or the controller of this form.

This site does not display a tax identification number, a full registered corporate name, or a physical address. Form inquiries go to an internal APS mailbox; that address is not published in the interface.

3. Data we collect

If you submit the form, we collect the fields you complete: name, company, role (optional), email, phone (optional), country, area of interest, and message. We also record the interface language (Spanish or English) so we can reply in the same language.

Automatically, the server may process IP address and technical request metadata to operate the site and limit abusive form submissions (a short in-memory window). The hosting provider may keep connection logs for the same technical purpose.

4. Purpose

We use that data to handle your inquiry, contact you through the channels you provided, and keep an internal record of the request. We do not use the form for bulk marketing, advertising profiles, or selling databases.

5. Authorization and legal basis

Submission requires you to tick the authorization box. That mark is consent to process the form data under this policy.

In Colombia, Law 1581 of 2012 and related rules apply. In the Dominican Republic, Law 172-13 applies. If another mandatory law applies because of where you are, we will also respect it as it relates to this site.

6. Processors and recipients

When email delivery is configured, the message is sent through Resend, as a processor for email delivery, to internal APS recipients defined only on the server. That destination is not published on the site.

If delivery is not configured, the form does not transmit the data: no inquiry file is created in that environment, and you are told to use the verified phone numbers.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share the content of your inquiry with IntegrIA or other third parties unrelated to handling the request, except for a legal obligation or providers strictly necessary to operate the site (hosting, email delivery).

7. Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal or security obligations. IP-based abuse limits are not stored as a permanent visitor history.

8. Cookies and technologies

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Language is chosen via the URL (/ or /en), not a tracking cookie.

The interactive SIIARP demonstration is illustrative: it does not open a user account or publish operational intelligence. The browser may store local technical preferences for the viewer; we do not use them to identify you.

9. Rights

You may request to know, update, rectify, or delete your data, to be informed about its use, to obtain proof of authorization and to revoke it where the law allows, and to file complaints with the competent authority.

  • Colombia: Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, under Law 1581 of 2012.
  • Dominican Republic: the competent personal-data authority, under Law 172-13.

10. Minors

This site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor sent us an inquiry, tell us through the published phone numbers so we can delete that information.

11. Security and changes

We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures for this site (form validation, submission limits, anti-spam honeypot). No digital channel is infallible.

We may update this policy. The date of the current version appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you have had the opportunity to review the new version.
